Privacy Policy We respect your right to privacy. Our systems use your information only to provide you services and features. We obtain your information only on your request or authorization or from a service Host. We do not share any information we receive for any other purpose than providing you with project opportunities and features on our services and your Host with the activity on their projects. Cookies We use Cookies on our site so that your browser can keep track of your session and personalize the pages that view. We do not record this Cookie data in any way or share the data with anyone. Computer access When launching our services, you may be asked to approve or trust Infinite Source or CITinc to access your computer. This enables certain features (such as take-off tools, downloading and viewing) which require permission to place files on your computer. This access is only to enable your use of the services, and does not allow us access to your personal files. Personal Information Basic personal information is required from Users of the services. This includes your name, business name, and contact information. This allows us to control access to only those authorized by the Host and to manage your experience on the system. We record your service usage and IP address. This information is only available to Infinite Source and Hosts. Other personal information is not captured. Your login is unique and your password is secret. We issue you your initial password, but do not retain it. Upon your first login, we recommend you change your issued password. It is then completely private. Host staff cannot see it. Company Information Access to our applications requires contact information about your company. General information about your company may be shared with other users as Bidder or Consultant information on projects. This is standard practice. If the project is fully private, only those with access to the project will have access to this information. We do not otherwise repurpose, resell, or reuse your contact information without your authority. Any information you give us is for the purpose of Project Opportunities and features hosted on our services. Our services include partnerships but do not include third party advertising aside from that of Project Opportunities from Hosts. Credit Card information If you choose to place orders online via credit card, the system will request your credit card information. This is entered on a secure encrypted server hosted by VeriSign, separate from our system. Your credit card information is not passed back to our system, only the result of your order. It is not saved for any future transaction. We provide the credit card company with your information to ensure the validity of your request and the security of your credit card. If you give us credit card information directly, it will only be used for your order or account and is not used for any other purpose. Financial records are kept only for the purpose of completing your order and maintaining normal business records. If you do not wish further contact from us, let us know and we will mark your record accordingly. If you do not wish to receive further opportunities from a specific Host, please contact them to be removed from their lists. We will endeavor not to contact you if you request this, but if we are asked by a Host to invite you, we do not wish to block your invitations.
